When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials. This information is required to provide you access to our services.
Usage Data
We collect anonymized, aggregated usage metrics to improve our services. This includes:
- Number of events processed
- API call frequency
- Feature usage patterns
Event Data
When you use Anacoic to process tracking events, we act as a data processor on your behalf. We do not access, analyze, or sell this data. All personally identifiable information (PII) is hashed using SHA-256 at the edge before transmission to third-party platforms.
Cookies
We use cookies solely for authentication purposes. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or any third-party analytics cookies.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with the following sub-processors, strictly as required to provide our services:

- Export your data in a portable format

Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- AES-256-GCM encryption for sensitive credentials
