Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Anacoic's services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

Anacoic provides a signal reliability layer that processes and routes tracking events to third-party platforms. Our service includes:

  • Server-side event processing
  • Ad-blocker bypass via edge proxying
  • AI Agent gateway (MCP protocol)
  • Analytics and reporting

2. Account Terms

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Engage in fraudulent activities
  • Circumvent usage limits or billing mechanisms
  • Reverse engineer or decompile our software
  • Access other users' data without authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Service Availability

Our service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

5. Billing and Payments

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, as selected.
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
  • Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase.
  • Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We may suspend service for past-due accounts.

6. Intellectual Property

  • We retain all rights to the Anacoic platform, including our software, branding, and documentation.
  • You retain all rights to your data and content.
  • You grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANACOIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anacoic and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the dashboard. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Termination

  • You may cancel your account at any time from the dashboard.
  • We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your right to access the service ends immediately.
  • We will retain your data for 30 days post-termination to allow for export.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
